Dear Parents and Carers,
I just wanted to send a letter to welcome you back to school for the new term.
It’s good to see that things are slowly getting back to ‘normal’ and we are looking forward to the busy summer term ahead.
The school will continue to follow all the safety procedures we already have in place,:
- Maintaining social distance.
- Wearing face coverings.
- Following the one way system during drop off and collection times
School times
- Breakfast club 8.00-8.30
- School gates open at 8.45 until 9.00
School Secretary.
Many thanks to you all for your kind words and wishes for Mrs Spratt at the end of last term – she will be greatly missed by us all. I’m pleased to say that the governors have appointed a new secretary, and Mrs Tait will be joining us to take on the role in a few weeks.
In the meantime, if you have any enquires could you please contact the school office between 9.15 -12.00 or via email:
swyddfa@llanddulas.conwy.sch.uk or pennaeth@llandduas.conwy.sch.uk

Class 3 will be continuing their Fresh Air Friday with Miss Webb, and will need to come into school with appropriate clothing for outdoor learning.
Teachers will also be using every opportunity for the children to work outdoors during the summer term, and will be updating you with details of any trips or specific activities.
School dinners:
From 12th April, school dinners will now be £2.75 a day, and can be paid through Parent Pay.
A new summer menu will be starting tomorrow with Week 1, and a copy is attached for your information. Children are welcome to book a meal on the day, and if you have any dietary requirements, please do not hesitate to contact school.

The summer term traditionally has many events planned. We will do all we can to ensure that the children receive the best possible experiences and will keep you informed throughout.
Here’s hoping that we can have a full, happy term. I know that the staff are hoping, and looking forward to it, as are the children I am sure.
We look forward to welcoming all the children back to school tomorrow morning.
Tale care,
P. Davies
